I'm not a lawyer, an immigration attorney, or a tax advisor. I can't file your paperwork or promise your residency gets approved — mine isn't approved yet either. What I can give you is a straight account of the process from someone living it, and honest answers about the parts nobody writes about.

Have you actually done this?

I moved here in 2022 and I'm mid-residency application now. I've made the trips to Managua, paid the fees, and dealt with the delays. That's what you're paying for.

Can you do this in person / show me around?

No. Everything I offer is remote — calls and written research. That's a deliberate line I don't cross.

What if Nicaragua isn't right for me?
